Dear David, This is just to let you know what a wonderful day out we had last week when you provided the transport for our City and Village Tour "The Olympic London Explorer". The high level coach which you provided was very comfortable and gave us some exceptional views which normally cannot be seen from the road (our tour guide was most impressed!). A big "thank you" to our excellent driver, Tracey, who steered the coach so smoothly around some of those tight corners. Here's to next time!

Dear Richard, David and Staff RE: Downswood Active Retirement Associations visit to Buckingham Palace Our members wish me to convey their thanks to Brookline Coaches for giving them a comfortable safe journey to Buckingham Palace together with a sightseeing tour of London. Tracy, our driver was a star, she was efficient and polite and showed huge patience and understanding to those less able to move easily, she drove a huge coach with great expertise, manoeuvring around London to the instructions of the City and Village Guide. Even one of our gentlemen members was heard to say "she's not bad for a woman driver". We all thought she was excellent - better than a lot of men!! Please pass our thanks to Tracy. Also personally I would like to thank your office staff for their assistance. Hilda Boughton who always arranges our day trips and holidays was taken ill and I was asked to take over mid-way. I telephoned your office a few times to check arrangements and they could not have been more helpful. Best wishes.

To all the team at Brookline, Thanks for a wonderful day out to the London Lights with fish and chips on Saturday 12th December. Andy and Julie were great, the sherry and mince pies were much appreciated but best of all my granddaughter had the front seat so could see everything!!! Thanks
