Buckatree Hall Hotel
Refreshingly different, Buckatree Hall Hotel in Telford is a renowned country house hotel at the foot of the famous Wrekin hill in tranquil Shropshire.

The Hall is believed to have derived its name from stag hunting days when a buck was found here in the fork of a tree.

Shropshire may be one of England’s quiet counties but don’t be deceived; there’s still plenty to see and do.
It has more than 90 places to visit – historic houses and castles with beautiful gardens, the famous Ironbridge, museums and family attractions.
Shropshire is one of the least crowded and most peaceful areas of England, making it an ideal place to get away from it all.
DAY 1: After completing our local pick-up route we head towards Telford, with suitable lunch and refreshment stops en-route. Aiming to arrive at our hotel in good time to freshen up before dinner.
DAY 2: Today we travel to Ironbridge Gorge where we will be visiting the museum of the gorge. Then we have a short stop at Ironbridge town and Toll house, before continuing to Blists Hill Victorian Town where we will spend a couple of hours exploring. A perfect opportunity to grab some lunch. The last stop of the day will be the Coalport China Museum before returning to the hotel for dinner.
DAY 3: Today we visit the Llangollen Steam Railway. We travel by steam engine from Carrog to Llangollen. In the afternoon we visit Llangollen canal and embark on a boat cruise from Froncysyllte along the Llangollen canal. The canal boat takes you via the spectacular Pontcysyllte Aquaduct, which is more than 1,000ft long.
DAY 4: Today we visit Stokesay Castle which is quite simply the finest and best preserved medieval manor house in England.
DAY 5: We say a fond farewell to our hosts and make our way homeward with suitable lunch and refreshment stops en-route.
