We understand that the Coronavirus has had a significant impact on London businesses and leads to an uncertain situation. We are, and will continue to run a normal service until we are instructed to do otherwise by the Government. Where customers are self-isolating or opting to work from home, we are now offering from today the ability to freeze the existing validity of 6 monthly & annual tickets for that period.
If you have been asked to work from home due to the COVID-19 virus & wish for your pass to be frozen please surrender your ticket to our office. Upon receipt of your surrendered ticket to our office, we will commence the ticket freezing period. When you are able to return to work, let us know and we will reinstate your ticket and add on the frozen period to the expiry date. All 10 & 40 journey tickets will automatically have their validity extended from the usual 3 month period to an extended 6 month period.
